1. Eligibility

• The training platform is open to all users, including dealer staff, sales representatives, and affiliates globally.
• Cash rewards (SPIFFs) are available only to individuals who meet all of the following:
• Legal residents of the United States (all 50 states)
• Employed by an authorized U.S.-based Bridgestone motorcycle tire dealer
• At least 18 years of age
• Bridgestone and Brandecation reserve the right to verify participant location, employment status, and eligibility for rewards at any time.
• Sales must occur through in-store purchases only. Online/eCommerce sales do not qualify for SPIFF rewards.

2. Program Participation

• All users may access and complete training courses that are available on the Bridgestone Moto University + Rewards platform.
• Only eligible U.S. dealer staff may participate in the SPIFF rewards portion of the Program.
• SPIFF rewards will only be issued for qualifying in-store transactions made at authorized dealerships.
• Sales submissions and training completions must follow Program guidelines and are subject to review and approval by Bridgestone and/or Brandecation.

3. Rewards

• Cash-based rewards are issued through Dash Solutions via a digital or physical Visa® prepaid card.
• Participants must activate their Dash Solutions account and card to receive payouts.
• Bridgestone reserves the right to modify reward structures, values, or qualifying criteria at any time without prior consent or notice.
• Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for other forms of compensation outside of Dash Solutions.

4. Payouts

• Once approved, rewards are typically issued within a reasonable timeframe following submission and verification.
• Participants may choose between a digital Visa® card or a mailed physical card through Dash Solutions.
• Bridgestone, Brandecation (the platform provider), and their respective affiliates are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or technical errors related to card activation, access, or distribution.

5. Taxes

• Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes resulting from the receipt of rewards.
• If cumulative rewards in a calendar year meet or exceed the IRS reporting threshold (which is currently $600), participants must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before additional rewards can be issued.
• Bridgestone or its administrator may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC in accordance with applicable tax laws.

6. Misuse and Disqualification

• Fraudulent activity, including false submissions, misrepresentation of employment, or manipulation of sales/training data, will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any pending or previously issued rewards.
• Bridgestone and Brandecation reserve the right to audit participant activity and suspend or terminate accounts at their discretion.

7. Data and Privacy

• By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for Program-related purposes including communication, verification, and reward delivery.
• Your information will only be used by Bridgestone, Brandecation (as the platform provider), and approved Program administrators. It will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes.

8. Program Changes and Termination

• Bridgestone may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Bridgestone, Brandecation, and their affiliates are not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from participation in the Program or use of rewards.
• The Program is provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
